Consultation Process

How the Process Works

Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, along with the details required for your reading.

An appointment date and time will be scheduled for video/on-call services, based on the package you have selected.

After the session is completed, remedies and reading insights will be provided in the form of a PDF sent to your registered email.

Follow-up sessions or additional questions will only be addressed if they are explicitly included in the package purchased.

Refunds or cancellations are not permitted once the consulting service has been booked and payment has been received.

Any spiritual items purchased in addition to the consultation will be processed separately and are not included in the consultation package.

The consultation service may be terminated by the reader without refund if inappropriate language, behaviour, or misconduct is observed during the session.
